Verandas Rental Rates

Rental rates are based on a 5 hour event, with access to the property 2 hours prior to the event start time.

In general, rates vary by day of the week, season, time of day, and duration of rental. Some starting points for venue facility rentals:

• Mid-day events M-Thurs starting at $3500
• Friday and Sunday evenings starting at $6000
• Saturday evenings start at $7000

In addition, we will need to have site management present to look after the property and we will need to collect a refundable damage deposit. The event and all vendors will need to provide relevant liability insurance policies and sign off on house rules (please ask for details).

Ceremony Setup

Add an additional hour + chairs for a ceremony in our garden for $2000

Verandas Beach House offers a range of different menus based on guest count and event type. Suggested menus are available. If you have specific food ideas you would like to explore, please feel free to see a broader selection at the Bite Catering website.

Catering buyouts available for ethnic, kosher, halal, and other specialty food. Vendors need to provide insurance/ sign off on house rules for onsite food service.
