Verandas Beach House offers a contemporary beach house vibe for a single event at a time (up to 225 people) - usually spread out across our multiple spaces:

• a garden with a ceremony space and the soothing sounds of a koi pond just inside the entrance gates
• a dramatic staircase perfect for a grand entrance
• a patio with ocean views and spectacular sunsets over the water
• a bright upstairs area with views of the trees and water, with a fixed bar, a lounge area, a stage, and dance floor
• a mezzanine perfect for photo booths
• a downstairs area with a ballroom area and a foyer

1. a single event that travels through multiple experiences at different points in the timeline (ie ceremony outside, dinner & speeches downstairs, dancing and dessert upstairs)

Verandas Beach House offers a 7000 sq ft facility with a private, enclosed outdoor garden space. It offers a flexible two story clubhouse setup with a number of different spaces - dramatic gates for an entrance. Stairs that are great for group photos. An outdoor garden area for a reception or outdoor installation. A dance floor and a lounge setup with a bar upstairs. Downstairs a full dining area with tables and chairs.

It's a great all-in-one setup for a beach or garden wedding.

For corporate events, the facility offers a turnkey, yet adaptable location with the ability to work, eat, and play without needing to leave the grounds. Or build in time to visit the beach, walk the strand, surf or play volleyball, and dine in one of the great local restaurants within a short walk by the pier.

For those who want to rent the space for filming or photo shoots, there are a number of different spaces available offering different looks under the same roof.
